The Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts (MoTCCA) has secured a place in the knockout stage of the ongoing Inter-Ministerial Football Competition, following an impressive and unbeaten performance in the group stages.
MoTCCA opened their campaign with a hard-fought 1–0 victory over the Ministry of Works and Housing. The match was tightly contested, with both sides exhibiting determination and tactical prowess, but MoTCCA edged ahead with a decisive goal that set the tone for their group-stage journey.
In their second outing, MoTCCA faced the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture Development in a spirited match. Displaying composure and cohesion, MoTCCA clinched another 1–0 win, sealing their qualification to the next stage with a game to spare.
Their final group match saw MoTCCA take on the Ministry of Communication and Digitalisation. In a tactically disciplined performance, the team relied on a resolute defense to hold their opponents to a goalless draw, preserving their unbeaten record.
With two wins and one draw, MoTCCA amassed seven points to finish strong in their group. Their consistency, unity, and fighting spirit were evident throughout the round, earning admiration from fans and fellow ministries alike.
The Inter – Ministerial football competition forms part of the annual Ghana Civil Service Week Celebrations which aims to promote dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among civil servants and stakeholders.
